这个软件，说是我用过的最好的视频分割软件一点都不过份，用过一次你就体会到。只要你是经常剪辑视频的，要面对很多素材处理工作，它一定会成为你素材处理的最佳助手。

楼主使用体验和修正内容
这个软件几年前翻遍全网找到后就在用，它最大的优点是分割视频时，不会进行重新编码，也就不会损失视频质量，分割的速度=复制文件的速度，这点在众多视频分割软件里堪称一绝。
后来没想到作者越更新越神器，在最后加上了可以对每个选出的素材打标签后，真的成为了视频剪辑工作者的神器，你可以很方便的直接在选素材时打上标签，输出的文件名里直接带标签，直接可以对素材进行归档，解决了剪辑里最繁重的素材。
这个标签功能如果你有对素材重命名、标记、归档、分享协作的痛苦经历，你一定会感慨这个软件的强大。
但是它最大最大的问题，是不支持中文标签，输出后全部中文都以“——”代替了，这让本来神器般的新功能。见github上的issue

原作者的回应是 “This is due to not all file systems supporting all characters. See issue #427” ，很显然作者是考虑到文件系统编码支持的原因，除了英文数字之外的字符直接一刀切，而且看样子也不会去解决这个问题。
但是没关系，楼主调整了代码后，修正了对中文标签不能正常显示的问题，重新打包好了~
